I'm sad to see you've been experiencing difficulties with this service! Can you let us know what the last tech visit amounted to?
Can you also confirm if you had the chance to reach out to our Internet Technical support team ?
cleaned outside connection at the house . said that my area had some sort of flapping . looking into it! i still have my rogers service and it works great . don't understand at all . had modem replaced on the second tech visit . i am getting fed up !
