CGN3U stuck at 10Mbps down on bridge mode.

So I tried using my CGN3U modem in bridge mode. For some reason all the bandwidth speed tests give me a max of 10Mbps down. The router I used works fine. Anyone know if this is an issue with my router? And also it doesn’t seem to have gigabit capabilities on the Ethernet ports. Is this normal?
