3 tech visits SO FAR ! no idea what to do next

cleaned outside connection at the house . said that my area had some sort of flapping . looking into it! i still have my rogers service and it works great . don't understand at all . had modem replaced on the second tech visit . i am getting fed up !

I can understand where you're coming from. It's definitely not the kind of experience we want for our customers, and does sound to be a bit of an unusual circumstance.
Following the most recent visit, did they confirm that they'd follow-up with you on how to get this resolved?
