Hello there,
My wifi connection suddently cut off last night and I cannot see my wifi under the list of avaialble wifis (SSIDs) in my mac, iphone, and tv.
1) I did restart/reboot the modem
2) I did reset to factory
3) I can connect to the modem by network calbe and open the managament portal (192.168.0.1). In the wireless sections, both the 2.5 and 5G are enabled. Also, I can connect to internet by the network cable.
4) I tried to connect to the wifi by SSID name via "Joing Other Network". But still my devices cannot identify the wireless access point.
Not sure this is a problem with the antena or sth. I tried to connect just within 10cm from the modem.
Any help would be appreciated.

You were right. Your friend remotely checked and confirmed that the modem is not signalling out for the wifi.
He kindy ordered a modem exchange for me.
