Hi there,I've been promised to receive an electronic prepaid credit card in the amount of $150 via my email address after establishing my home internet. It's been more than 15 days and I have not received it. Any help would be appreciated.

You were right. Your friend remotely checked and confirmed that the modem is not signalling out for the wifi.He kindy ordered a modem exchange for me.

I called customer service. I've been said that within 5 days, I am going to receive an email from Fido that has the registration link. Hopefully, this solves my problem. Will update here.
