WiFi not working

All of a sudden WiFi stopped working.  Cannot find my wifi network name on any devices (phone/laptop) and I tried resetting modem multiple times and turned off power. Also, tried changing different outlet and same result.

All lights are on except 2.4g and need help on this ASAP! 

Is this something wrong with the modem?

To know what's causing this and if it could possibly be the modem, we would need to take a look at your service and do some further tests. Please reach out to technical support to have it sorted out asap!
