When I signed up for Home Internet, There was an offer for a $150  Walmart or Amazon Gift Card. How I do I register for this card ?

I'm in the same situation! 
Signed up in AUGUST 2020!

Chatted muliple times with your reps and always they verify. Find it's all in order and I'll get email soon! 
I guess it will come as 1 year anniversary gift 

I've added ALL provided Fido email IDs to my address book so there is no chance of any email even going to junk! And yes I do check junk email often nowadays just for this! 


Please do something!

 

I even transferred all mobile numbers (4 lines so far) to Fido. 

Hopefully this gift card is not a scam. At present it looks like it.

Was it an online or physical gift card that you received?

For physical gift cards it's mostly at the back of the card. Let us know.

At present this looks like nothing more than scam

I am also in the same boat. I signed up the offer in December 2020 and did the registration for the gift card on February 4th. The email states that it will take only 2 weeks but still nothing.

I enrolled the internet in November 2020 in Walmart and was told will receive the Walmart GIft Card in 4-6 weeks and still have not receive it.  Please advise when can I expect to get my gift card. Thanks.

We didn't have an offer for a Walmart gift card in November 2020, so maybe the promotion was with Walmart directly. I'd suggest verifying with them!

The above is what I got from Walmart during November.  Are you still recommend me to check with Walmart or should Fido give me a reply?

This was not an offer from Fido, that would have been an offer from Walmart directly, so it would be best to verify what's happening with them!

I am dealing with the same issue. I had set up internet account ans staur using from August. Used live chat one time and called two times for customer services but still have not received any email regarding this gift card. Please contact me to solve it. Thanks.
