Waiting on Modem

I've ordered Fido Home Internet 2 weeks ago, and the request is still pending. I have not yet received a modem, or any notification if it has been shipped.

Thank you! Regarding a tracking number, nothing. The only thing I have is an order number of #*********, and states it is a pending request.

That's definitely odd. Did you get a tracking number for the parcel or any updates?
