Unjustified bill increase for Fido Internet

Hi,

I just had two price increases for Fido internet in the past 3 months, as follows:

92.66 CAD in January 2024
78.66 CAD in Dec 2023
76.84 CAD in Nov 2023

Can support explain this?  Where is the best place to go and file and ask for explanation/complain about it?

Fido has been charging me over 60$ monthly for my phone for 8G data, and at the same time on their website, they list 10G for 34$ monthly, I don't know how long it's been going like this, proprely over a year or 2 years!! how much does fido owns me ?????
