I moved to a new address and I have made a request to transfer it over since July 30th but nobody seems to be able to help or get me an update. All they keep doing is sending an escalation form which we did 5 times so far but no feedback!

Initially, they told me the address is unserviceable but they found out that all the neighborhood actually is, except my address!! They can't add it to the system and they have to send an escalation form to this department to confirm whether or not it can be done. Unfortunately no response, positive or negative,  from these people. Nobody seems to care and meanwhile we have to use our cellular data to work from home. This is happening in 2021 in a major urban area!
