$150 prepaid MasterCard for home internet

I had signed up for home internet back in Dec 2020 and signed up to receive a email with my promised prepaid MasterCard and I'm still waiting. Does anyone else have this issue? Or this was a scan to sign up with fido? So disappointed and I've been a loyal customer.
