I ordered Fido Home Interent in Feb 15 and selected to have the modem shipped to my home addres. Will I receive a email with a tracking number so I know that it has been shipped? I called customer service on Feb 16 and asked if I could just pick up the modem at the store but was told I had to wait for it to be shipped.

Unfortunately, once you place an order through customer service the order can not be completed by a store unless you started the process in-store.
Once the order has been shipped you should receive an e-mail with the details and tracking number.
