Modem return tracking number issue

On Nov 30, I cancelled an internet service. A rep on the phone send me a link in a email to generate a return lable, I followed the link to generate the return lable witch comes with a tracking number. I used this lable and tracking number to ship the modem to Fido on Dec 2 (was  delivered to  Fido  already).  Two days later I received another email from Fido asked me to print a return lable which appentaly has  a totally  different tracking number than the one I used to ship the product. @links 

The problem now is I kept getting email from Fido saying that the modem has not been returned. Could someone help me ?
