Still haven't received amazon gift card 09/20

I signed up back in aug or sept and still haven't received my gift card.

I've chatted several times and called twice and each time the answer if just wait longer.

The agreement was that this was a sign up bonus after I think 30 or 45 days of service.  

I've checked spam....yada yada. I know the sender of the initial registration message, but I just haven't got it.      I referred lots of people because of this deal, whom all signed up after me and low and behold I am the only one still waiting.

Please help!
