I've requested to cancel Fido home internet on a future date (2/27/21) and now received an email from Fido requesting me to return the rental equipment within 30 days (2/12/21). This information contradicts to what I was being told by one of Fido operators. I'm unable to get through Fido customer service line (Fido dropped me phone call after waiting on the phone line for over 30 mins) and live chat option is no longer available. Who should I speak to about this urgent matter so I won't be wrongly charged with unreturned equipment.
