Router setting won't let me name my 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi different

Hey everyone I got fido 150u internet, I have to router all setup and wifi is working great but my wifi is only showing up on one distinct name. I'm trying to get different names to identify the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz

eg. fido_wifi_2.4ghz       fido_wifi_5ghz

but every time I got to change the network name in the router settings for the 2.4G and 5G it uses the same name for both...is there any way around this?

Hello @FidoDaniela I have, I'm doing the same steps but the issue I'm facing is if I change the name of one of them (2.4ghz or 5ghz) it changes it for both and shows the wifi as one network.

If you followed the steps and it didn't work, then the best option would be to contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436.
