I ended up moving out to an area that Fido is no in service and I am not able to return the modem in person. I am not sure how to get a label to return the modem.
We do not accept modem returns in store at the moment. All you need to do is to print the label at home, attach it to the box and simply drop it at a Canada Post location. You can also bring the boxed equipment and the return policy number to a Canada Post location to have the label printed there. The return label can be given by customer service. All you need to do is contact us.

I ended up calling fido for a new label and it's yet to show up in my email. If I cannot get it what would the policy return number be? My account number? the unique number of the label?
