Hi,
My internet regularly drops or severely slows down throughout regular intervals in the day. The most common occurance is around 11PM-12AM and can last until 1 or 2AM in the morning. The internet connection slows to below 10mbps and/or repeatedly drops. I've done all the regular solutions - restarting, unplugging, resetting and none of them work. Yes I have called customer service and they have offered no help.

I am sorry to see you're experiencing difficulties with your internet connection. If you've already tried rebooting the modem and you notice no improvements, I would have to suggest speaking with our Fido Home Internet Technical support for this.
