Technician Appointment failure

Hello Fido Community:

I had a scheduled appointment with one technician for Today from 12 to 2 pma and no one has shown up so far. This is my first experience with Fido and I am kind of dessapointed already. I have been calling Customer Support line and no agent replies either. 

Is it possible that any representantive call me?
