Received email to redeem Amazon gift card, but no working links

In August I signed up for home internet in person, and the Fido representative said I would receive an email regarding the gift card after using the service for a month.

Yesterday I received a spam email from Fido Solutions inviting me to redeem my $150 Amazon gift card. However, none of the links work so I cannot click anything to redeem it. This is very frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated!

Note: I have attached a screen shot of the email for reference (my account number is censored for privacy).

@Damnyoucrafty

Hey! This happened to me yesterday too.

You have to move the email from your Spam folder to your Inbox. This can be done by selecting the option that this is not a Spam email.

Once the email is in your inbox, the links will work.

You guys should also add the fido email to your safe list to avoid emails going to your spam/junk folder.
