I recently bought a new Fido modem, but unfortunately the basement apartment where I live do not have a coax cable connection. Will you be able to send a technician to get it done?

I was wondering, when the activation was done, did they agent say that the area was serviceable?
I also want to make sure; your modem does come with a coax cable of its own, correct?

I have the same problem. I had to travel 2 hrs because the agent sent it to wrong address and now I don't have a coax cable outlet in my basement apartment. I checked with the agent and he said everything was ok. Do you guys send technician for coax ? Please help! I've been waiting for 2hrs with customer care line.
