I have fido 150 plan. But most of the time it's between 20 to 30 Mbps. Called the customer care but nobody is picking it for hours, very poor customer service.
I rely on internet completely for work. I would need that to be resolved ASAP.
Modem model: CGN3U (which I got it from Fido store)

I tried rebooting and contact the tech support over phone after 2 hours of wait time. They asked me to reset the modem and I did. After a couple of days again there is NO internet now. No 5g and 2.4g. My work is completely based on internet now I regret switching to Fido home internet.
