Poor Fido internet. getting 30mbps on Fido 150 Mbps plan.

I have fido 150 plan. But most of the time it's between 20 to 30 Mbps. Called the customer care but nobody is picking it for hours, very poor customer service.

 

I rely on internet completely for work. I would need that to be resolved ASAP.

 

Modem model: CGN3U (which I got it from Fido store)

I tried rebooting and contact the tech support over phone after 2 hours of wait time. They asked me to reset the modem and I did. After a couple of days again there is NO internet now. No 5g and 2.4g. My work is completely based on internet now I regret switching to Fido home internet.

If you're still having issues, you'd need to contact tech support again so they can troubleshoot this further.

Have you tried rebooting your modem? If you did and are still having issues, the best option would be to contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436.
