No internet connection - connected devices

I have been with Fido doe couple of mo this now and Inhave minto Ed my smart TVs, often complaints that there is no internet connection.. I have to re- connect every time ... I have this on 2 TV ( insignia) and Sony. I never had this earlier.. Is there any setting in the modem that could cause this ?

I am sorry to learn that you're having troubles with your internet service. That's certainly not how it should be. 

 

If things started to change recently, I would recommend reaching out to our internet technical support team so they can troubleshoot with you and find the case. Should the modem need to be replaced, it would have to be authorized by them as well.
