Resolved! New modem not working

Hey I recently got fido modem to replace bell modem which is connected with dsl. Fido modem doesn't have dsl. I have coax outlet they dont work. i think coax is good . is it because my service is not active or something  please help

I sent it to the modem!!

I was cancelled fido internet end of March 2021. I got an email about the return to the modem label on 6, April 2021.So I sent it on 8, April 2021 (Canada post.)But still not received yet 29, April 2021 fido company said.Is that my problem?
