No coax wall socket in my apartment and Fido Home Internet doesn't respond

So I have opted in a Fido Home Internet plan and the salesperson in the store told me you just need to plug the modem in the coax wall socket and it will work. I can't find any coax wall socket in the apartment and I'm trying to reach out to Fido Customer service since yesterday and they keep switching me to other departments and finally, there is no response with a waiting time of more than one hour. I think I will change both my phone and home plan to another provider.

Hey @Eslam!

If your address was serviceable, it means there is a coax outlet somewhere in the apartment. Is it possible the previous owner / tenant has covered it up? If you're renting, can you check with the landlord?

That said, if you really cannot locate it, please call tech support at 1-888-259-3436 and a technician can be sent over to install one. A fee may apply.

Hope that helps!
