Fido gift card

I signed up for home internet plan in sep 2020 and haven't received any mail regarding gift card. Contacted Customer support twice but still waiting.

Resolved! Did not get Fido gift card email after 6 weeks

I signed up on Dec. 16, 2020 for 150u with $150 gift card promo. It is now more than 6 weeks since I got my internet with Fido yet I still did not get email from Fido about gift card.   I check my inbox everyday and check the junk and spam folder too...

Still have not recieved 150 gift card

Hello,I set up home internet back in end of Nov with the promotion for the $150 gift card and i still have not recieved any emails or instructions on how to obtain the gift card.

Upstream channels not bonding, very high dbmV

Hello A rogers tech was outside working on the box by the street for some reason today and now my upstream signal is very poor and no longer channel bonding. Downstream is bonding and ok (albeit speeds are only about 100mbits when normally about 300)...
