Netflx not working well since we changed over to Fido

How would I know if it is a Netflix problem or Fido(slow loading and freezing). I am leaning on that it is the change because we have had no problems with Netflx in over two years.

Are you having this issue with your Fido Home Internet service or your data on your phone? 

 

Are you experiencing delays with other applications?
