Form the day one said the monthly charges including moderm rental but I changed plan with discount for 2nd year, it charged for 8 dollars modern rental suddenly, i was not told this new cost and just told me 50% off promotion on new plan

my friend called same day she can get same original plan half price without modern rental cost

What I can do my monthly fee is too high now unexpected

Hey @Irenechli!

The modem rental fee has always been included in your price plan, however on your invoice breakdown, it appears as a separate $8 charge.

To give you an example, if the plan is $55, on your invoice, you'll see a $47 charge for the services + $8 modem rental. 

Did you take a look at your previous bills to compare?
