My first billing charges

Hello,

I subscribed to new promo Internet 50% off for 12 months. My first bill is $69; should not it be around 35-40?

Is it for 2 months : the month I enrolled and the next billing cycle?

I am sure there is some good ways to minimize the first bill shock

Hey @Aykut! Hope you're enjoying your home internet service

When a home internet account is set up the billing cycle is chosen by the system so it is possible you're billed for more than one month of service on the first invoice. Keep in mind billing starts when the modem is shipped. 

In order to be sure, have you downloaded the PDF version of the invoice to see what billing dates you were charged for exactly? 

Let us know and we'll go from there.

Thanks for the response. In the pdf file I can see that the payment covers the term between Nov 20-Dec20. I guess, it is kind of 2 months in one bill. I will wait for my Dec 20 th bill and contact again if I need to.
