Can it be done? We dont have accees to the settings, no Admin log in provided.
A fellow from the tech report did it remoelly for me a while back, now I swapped the router and this needs to be done again. Just woindering if I can do it myself instead of spending an hour on hold for Tech Support.
There is no option to do a manual update in the modem settings, nu user interface.
Just to be advised, we are running an older firmware, 188.8.131.52T2 which is a 2018 update. Rogers is running 184.108.40.206 which was a March 19, 2019 update. Why is Fido so reluctant to push the updates and refuse to provide the lastes available firmware?
