Linking Home Internet Account to my Fido.ca login

I had Fido.ca account. I bought new home internet service. when I am login to myfido.ca my previous account which I cancelled are visible but there is no new account. when I am trying to register new account it says email already registered. What to do to see my billing information. I am receiving only amount in my email saying your billing amount is XX.XX make payment but I am not able to do
