The home internet is very unstable, the connection keeps dropping, and I'm receiving message from Rogers saying there's a network outage and they are fixing it everyday. Of course it's never fixed, I heard it has something to do with overloaded bandwidth.
Can the tech support tell me honestly and sincerely when will it be fixed properly? (Please don't tell me as soon as possible.)
Hey @Seow,
Welcome to the Community!
We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your home internet. It is not not the kind of service we aim to provide.
If there's an outage, we do work on fixing it asap.
Did you speak to our technical support team to confirm what the case is?
The tech support said there was an area outage, and they were already fixing it. I was just frustrated because they have been working on it for close to a week now, and that the disconnection was so frequent yesterday it was impossible to stay online for class.
I guess the repair is over since the internet is very stable today. Hope this situation continues.
Thanks.
