Internet lost almost everyday

What's going on with internet connection? Since Monday, connection is lost for the 3rd time and these happens between 6pm-7pm. It works after unplugging and plugging in again the cords in the modem but it's so frustrating because it impacts my work, i'm wfh.

I called them today and they sending the technician to my place. Apparently my modem is old .. Internet been down for 3 days now . Hope they can fix tomorrow

I might just look for another provider as it's been happening daily now.
