I just signed up fido internet few weeks ago on the 50% off 40$+tax promo plan in Ontario.

Upon reciveing my bill I noticed the 50% wasn't applied to my monthly bill and the agent I called today made me wait 40 minutes and she told she was fixing my account then cut my call. I took me three tries to fix this issue. What is the deal with agents who are saying they fixing your issue and put you in radio silence? On my third call I got a different agent and the issue was fixed under 10 mins.

Hi @helios ,glad you were able to get it fixed. As there are numerous reasons for dropped calls, I am unable to comment or speculate what may have happened. I'm glad it worked out for you
