Your customer service for internet is garbage I have called countless times talked to many people regarding the switch over from my internet into my ex boyfriends name and after speaking with about 6 different people you still couldn't get it right. You are useless. Learn how to do your job. I have been dealing with the same issue for months now and you just keep telling me lie after lie.

Can you give us a little more information as to what exactly happened?

It would also be helpful if you clarified, are you trying to transfer the service to his name or is he transferring it to your name?
