I've had Fido internet for many years - very rarely I have to call in with a problem.
Yesterday (Dec 9) strated having problems.
Internet connectivity is intermittant.
Sometimes completely out.
All my work connections (over VPN) are all failing - dropping packets probaby.
I restart the modem (off for 30 seconds or more)
I run all the speed tests.
Sometimes 1.5 Mbps (should be 30)
Problem is, no support .
Or rather, Fido doesn't have enough support staff.
I waited on hold for 2 hours yesterday .. no answer.
Tried chat support, no luck
I have spoken to the support staff before - they're great.
But currently not enough of 'em I guess.
I cannt even swap out my modem - becuase ... yup ... I need to talk to support first.
What can I do?
