For the past six months, at exactly 6:59pm (used to be 7:59pm before time change) we loose our internet connection every day, and it comes back up 30 seconds later.
None of the lights on the modem change. I am connected directly using a network cable. This happens on every device in our house connected (PS4, Chromecast Ultra, laptops, etc). I have tried resetting the modem to factory default settings. Other than this problem everything works perfect.
In the modem web portal the WAN and LAN Up Time show it has been connected the whole time. For example it restarted about 2hrs ago, but WAN UP time is 000 days 18h:07m:39s and LAN Up Time is 008 days 12h:43m:50s.
How do I get this looked at to see if there is something that is restarting on Fido's end?
Glad to know you're satisfied with the Home Internet service overall.
However, what you're describing is quite odd!
