Internet Offer 12 months.... duration 6 months??

I just ordered a home internet online with a 12 month promotion. I received my order confirmation and it says:

Internet Offer - 12 mths End date: 2020-Oct-20 Duration: 6 month(s)

I ordered it april 20 2020.

Was it the 75u for $45/mo promotion you got? I do see it says the deal is for 12 months.

I know sometimes Fido can only apply a promotion for 6 months at a time and then after that, they would apply the other 6 months. I'm not sure if that's the case here.
