Hello! is there a problem with all fido modulars as all of my friends/family complaining that even the fastest internet of your keeps disconnecting us from wifi and the signal strength are so low, the speed is not even 25% of the promised.
Do I need to update my modem or something or we should be trying a different vendor?

I am sorry to learn you're having difficulties with your modem. It certainly isn't how we want things to be.
Did you reach out to our Home Internet technical support to report this?
They would need to troubleshoot with you in order to determine if your modem needs to be replaced or not.
