On December 1, 2020 I called fido to cancel my internet service, after the cancellation a return label was issued to me for the equipment to be returned. That same day, I took the equipment to Canada post office for the return. A receipt was given to me. On December 4, 2020 the equipment was received by fido. Yet, I still get email from fido that their equipment has not be receive because someone else in fido created another return label for the same equipment after I have sent the equipment to fido. I found this weird about fido customer service.

Only one return label is required. Since you've already shipped the device and we've received it, you can simply ignore the second waybill. Please do keep your original return's tracking number handy, in case a follow up is required.
The modem return should be processed on the backend and we'll update your file accordingly so the modem isn't billed as missing. Hope this clarifies, and let us know if you have any questions.
