I have applied for home internet on September 2nd, and the rep in the brach said that I would have the internet on same day, 24 hours max. It has been more than 2 days, I have no internet. I called twice cus representatives from phone but they cant help me and tried to connect me to technical support for which I had to wait 1 hour and yet could not connect. At this point, there is no solution provided and I am left to waiting for no foreseen deadline. I would really appreciate some help.
