My router receives an ipv6 from Fido's dhcp server. As seen below, the prefix delegation is /64.
My home network is segregated into vlans. Thus, /64 does not work for me. I am wondering how I can get a /60 prefix delegation assignment ?
Back with some updates on this. So it turns out that a VLAN configuration is an area of expertise that Fido internet teams can't provide assistance with. It's one of these things that falls outside of our regular scope of support.
On our side, we specialize in making sure the internet service is working with the default settings. If you're having any trouble connecting with the default settings included, we'd invite you to reach out to our Fido Home Internet Technical Support through live chat here.
Just wanted to let you know that we've reached out to some of our Home Internet specialists to get this information for you and we'll follow-up with you here as soon as we get a reply!
