I moved houses in August 2022. i moved from Brampton to London and moved my service as well. They even sent a tech to set me up and everything was fine for 2 months and all of a sudden i started getting charged for my old residence in Brampton and also my current residence. i have called every month since then no resolution.
I have now been using another service provider since februaty . Guess what i still get bills from FIDO for my old reesidence in Brampton, I have never experienced this level of incompetence before in my entire life.
This is my last hail Mary before taking legal recourse as i do not want my credit rating to be tampered with.

Sorry to hear about this odd situation you are in, I can understand how this can be frustrating but unfortunately you would need to contact customer service directly. I would suggest you ask to speak to a manager and if they do not fix this request your case be forwarded to the office of the president.
