I am Divyalakshmi, cancelled the FIDO Internet plan in the month of June. I paid extra and was looking for a refund of my balance credit.The customer service keeps saying that they had sent out the cheque. But I did not receive it.
I don't understand why FIDO has such poor service. It's been already 3 months now and I did not receive my refund yet!
I would never advise anybody to take FIDO Plans here after!
