Fido my account not listing all accounts

Hi,


I recently moved my home internet to Fido. When I login to my account, it only shows my phone account, does not lists the home internet account. I tried to register the account with my email I'd and it says the account is already attached to my email id. Spoke with a customer service agent and they had no idea how to fix this.


Kindly help

Hey @FidoSaira thanks for the reply. Yes, they both are under the same name and email id. When I spoke with customer service, they confirmed the same. Let me know how I can fix this. You can send me an email or reply here.
