My home internet has problem since the first day. The internet always is disconnected. The technician came to my house and did the inspection and asked me to go to the store to change the modem to CODA. I called a few stores but they do not have this model in the stores. I started to contact Fido. However I am not able to reach Fido whatever online chat or phone call. I have not used the hone internet since the 2nd after installation.
pleas advise me what to do next, It looks like I have to cancel the service
Hi Julien, I have been trying to contact the tech support using both chat and call@1-888-259-3436 but no result, i have been on hold for more than an hour and on chat for more than 1:30 hours but there is no one. I am started to get the impression that the after sales support is really bad
