modem return

there was a mistake made for the 150M service I ordered online, two orders were created for the same address and fido send me two modems. I chatted with the CS agent online and she cancelled one of the account and told me to ship the extra modem back...

Cannot sync my account to my email correctly.

I'm tired of calling to properly setup my account.  I've been at the Fido store twice, been on 4 calls with general support, 2 calls with validation, and MyAccount STILL cannot show my new internet account when I log in.   Can someone fix the issue?
