Fido internet refund impossible. Been on hold for 1hr+ and counting

I'd just like to have this on record that i've been trying to get in contact with your customer service to have this internet service refunded within the 15 days.  So far i've been on hold for more than an hour and from the looks of the complaints about the internet it looks likes its going to be longer than 2hrs.

Try use chat at the same time while you wait. I had multple of those 1hr+ long waited calls with them. No fun at all.
