I'd just like to have this on record that i've been trying to get in contact with your customer service to have this internet service refunded within the 15 days.  So far i've been on hold for more than an hour and from the looks of the complaints ab...
I've seen a lot of posts from people having the same issue of random disconnects.  Has anyone figure out the solution for this problem? I'm ready to switch to Bell because this internet is so unstable.   Log of recent issues (est) Dropped 9:41 pmdrop...
